Join our small team of motivated seafoodies and be a part of the local food revolution.  FreshCatch connects small, local, and sustainable fishing vessels with sustainable markets for their catch.  We do this through direct to home delivery, restaurant delivery, and pop-up restaurant events.

A FreshCatch Seafood Ambassador has the unique opportunity to join our team in the early days and grow with us – our Ambassador program is built to train you to become a director of your strongest position with us.  Your position will be hands-on and not your typical desk job.  You will learn a lot about the seafood industry, the restaurant industry, food safety, how to read, implement, and write a HACCP plan, and most importantly, you will learn about how awesome it is to work for a sustainable focused small seafood business in the Bay Area!

The position includes assisting in the following duties – keep in mind that we will train you until you are confident to accomplish everything on your own.  No experience required – just motivated individuals looking to make big change!  You will not be required to complete all of the tasks below – we will work together to find a role that is best fit for you.

Delivery Driving: 4-5 Hours per week (SF home Deliveries done on a moped)

Packaging: 0-5 Hours per week

Marketing and Engagement: 0-5 Hours per week

Pop-Up Restaurant Events or Farmers Markets: 0-8 Hours per week

Event Manager

Base hourly rate D.O.E in addition to a generous profit share from events. Must have prior experience managing and organizing food events.

$20/hour starting, depending on experience


Flexible – work availability Monday through Sunday.  Must commit at least 60 hours per month.


Warehouse located near SFO; however, our positions include work in all parts of the Bay Area.  Work from home positions available.
